Mother's Day 2024

A pleasant Sunday afternoon at the Blue Parrot for the children and their parents

On Sunday, 12 May, the Swiss Society Bangkok hosted a colourful Mother's Day celebration at the Blue Parrot in Sathorn. 28 adults with 14 children of mixed nationalities accepted the invitation and spent a pleasant day in the beautifully decorated garden and wooden teak buildings of the Blue Parrot. There was a swimming pool for the little ones to splash around in. The two teachers, Alex and Rizka, played and did arts and crafts with the children with lots of dedication and love. And of course there was also a great surprise for the mums: a free neck and shoulder massage in the cool and calm interior of the beautiful teak room by our two friendly massage ladies Khun Aor and Khun Ae. Last but not least, there was the bar, which invited guests to enjoy delicious cool drinks, the ideal meeting place for the adults to socialise and chat. In between, the guests were spoilt with delicious food and sweets to satisfy their hunger.
