Special Event Q & A Session with Laurent Perriard

Monday 21 November 2022, 30 members met at the Chesa Restaurant for an interesting Q & A session with Laurent Perriard Deputy Director General Consular Affairs. The topics AVS, Health Insurance, Social Assistance, E-Voting, Consular Services, Swiss Bank Accounts and problems for some with postal delivery of voting material. Unfortunately, Laurent Perriard has no quick solutions either, but at least he listened to us and also understood our wishes. His department also does not have the lobby in the background, for that the ASO is responsible and there we are well represented with Josef Schnyder. As always we were spoiled with an excellent menu by Thomas and Rene. Our thanks go to all participants who contributed to an interesting evening. Many thanks also to the Brasserie 9 which helped us out at short notice with a beamer.
