Get-Together March 2026

On Tuesday, 17 March 2026, we held our monthly Get Together at the Swiss Restaurant Chesa in Sukhumvit Soi 32, Bangkok, welcoming members and friends for an evening of exchange and culinary delights.

The highlight of the evening was a 30-minute presentation by Pascal Gallina titled “Hard Skills in a Soft World.” Drawing from his journey from factory floors in Switzerland to international projects and now being an MBA candidate at Sasin School of Management in Bangkok, he shared reflections on working across different environments and cultures.

A key message was the importance of understanding and respecting cultural differences — and how skills like active listening and adaptability become essential when moving beyond familiar contexts. Participants expressed their appreciation for Pascal’s openness and courage in sharing his experiences, especially as someone who has often been the youngest member of his teams.

The presentation sparked thoughtful discussion and was well received by the attendees. A big thank you to Pascal for sharing his inspiring journey and insights, and to everyone who joined us for a great evening.
