Get-Together January 2026

Addiction Without Borders - an insightful evening with a powerful talk on addiction recovery, followed by an engaging and in-depth Q&A with our members and guests.

On Tuesday the 21st of January we kicked off our first monthly get-together of 2026 with 34 guests at the Chesa Swiss Bangkok Restaurant.

A big thank you to Mike Reis from SAHWAN International Treatment Centre for a powerful and thought-provoking presenation on Addiction Without Borders. Mike explained why he believes recovery from addiction is more than sobriety alone, focusing on rebuilding identity through purpose, structure, and legacy thinking. He highlighted addiction as a global issue and showed how meaningful life design is key to lasting recovery. The discussion and extended Q&A with our guests and members were exceptionally engaging, showing how relevant and impactful this topic is for individuals, families, and communities.
